Education Committee

The purpose of the Education Committee is to develop tools to support evidence-based practice in the management of fragility fracture patients

Education is central to achieving the goals of the Strategic Plan
which requires best multidisciplinary practice and a coordinated system of care for managing fragility fractures. Educational resources are developed for healthcare professionals and policymakers who can influence the care pathway as well as the users of services, their families and carers. Resources that are developed include written and visual and are created by experts around the globe.

A number of the resources can be accessed through the Resources page including links to books on orthogeriatrics, nursing and nutrition that are provided at no cost.
